Taxes and books in order, in English or Spanish.
We prepare business and personal tax returns, keep the books, run payroll and help answer IRS letters. Work with us by phone, WhatsApp, video or at our office.
MTroncone CPA is a bilingual CPA firm in Boca Raton, Florida, for business owners, families and international clients.

How we work
Three steps, the same in English and in Spanish.
- 01
Tell us what is on your desk
A first conversation by phone, video or at our Boca Raton office. Bring the letter, the deadline or the question.
- 02
Agree on the scope
We confirm in writing what we will prepare, what we need from you and the dates that matter.
- 03
Work through one secure place
Documents, signatures and messages go through the client portal, and you can see where your file stands until it is filed or closed.
Seven services, one firm
Tax, accounting and payroll for businesses and individuals, with international reporting when your life or business crosses borders.
Most clients use more than one service: the books feed the tax return, payroll feeds the books, and an IRS letter is easier to answer when the records are already in order.
- 01Corporate and business tax
Federal and Florida returns for corporations, S corporations, partnerships and LLCs, plus Forms 5472, 8804 and 8805.
- 02Personal tax
Individual returns, Form 5471, FBAR and streamlined filings, explained in your language.
- 03Business accounting
Monthly bookkeeping and financial statements in QuickBooks, Xero, Wave or your own setup.
- 04Investor visas
The financial side of investor visa cases, prepared alongside your immigration attorney.
- 05Payroll
Pay runs, Forms 941 and 940, Florida reemployment tax, W-2s and benefits coordination.
- 06IRS representation
Help reading and answering IRS letters, audits and payment plans, with a signed Form 2848.
- 07Real estate
Tax and accounting for investors, developers and property managers, including FIRPTA for foreign sellers.
Clients with ties to more than one country
Forms 5471 and 5472, FBAR, streamlined filings, FIRPTA and E-2 financials, prepared and explained in English or Spanish.
We work with people who own companies, accounts or property outside the United States, and with foreign owners of Florida businesses. The reporting rules for these situations are specific, so we start by mapping what you own and where, then agree on what has to be filed and when.
- 01Form 5471 for U.S. owners of foreign corporations
- 02Form 5472 for foreign-owned U.S. companies
- 03Forms 8804 and 8805 for partnerships with foreign partners
- 04FBAR (FinCEN 114) for foreign bank and financial accounts
- 05Streamlined Filing Compliance Procedures
- 06FIRPTA withholding when a foreign owner sells U.S. property
- 07Financial documentation for investor visa cases, with your immigration attorney
When you are abroad, meetings happen by video and documents travel through the client portal.

Your file, in one secure place
The client portal keeps documents, signatures, messages and the status of your work together, in English or Spanish.

Upload a document from your phone, sign when something is ready and see what is pending without searching through email. Sign-in uses a second verification step, and in a business each person sees only what the owner shares.
- A to-do list with what is pending from you
- Documents organized by year and by company
- Electronic signature
- Messages with the team
- The status of each return or case
The portal shown is a working demo with fictitious data.
Guides to read before the meeting
Plain explanations of the forms, dates and letters clients ask us about, with links to the official sources.
Each guide is general information in English and Spanish, shows the date it was last updated and links to the official source. It is not advice for your situation.

Letter from the IRS: what to do first, step by step
Most IRS letters say what they are and what they need. The work is reading them carefully, confirming they are real and answering inside the window.

Form 5471: who must file, deadlines and penalties
If you live in the United States and still own or run a company in your home country, this information return may apply to you. It usually carries no tax by itself. Missing it can be expensive.

Florida payroll tax filings: what employers file and when
Florida has no personal income tax to withhold, but employers still report to the IRS and to the state every quarter. Here are the filings, the 2026 figures and the next due dates.

Frequently asked questions
Short answers to what people ask before the first meeting.
Can I work with you entirely in Spanish?
Yes. You can meet with the team, write to us and use the client portal in Spanish or in English. We explain every form and letter in the language you prefer.
Do I need to come to the office?
No. You can meet with the team by phone or video, or at our office at 55 NE 5th Avenue, Suite 501, in Boca Raton. Documents travel through the secure client portal, not by regular email.
Do you work with clients who live outside the United States?
Yes. We work with people who own companies, accounts or property abroad, and with foreign owners of U.S. businesses. We meet by video and prepare U.S. filings such as Forms 5471 and 5472, FBAR, FIRPTA forms and streamlined submissions.
I received a letter from the IRS. What should I do first?
Open it the same day and find the notice number, the tax year and the response date. Check that it is genuine on IRS.gov or in your IRS Online Account, and do not pay a request you have not verified. Then send us the notice number and the date so we can review it with you.
Is MTroncone CPA a licensed CPA firm?
Yes. MTroncone CPA is the trade name of Monique Troncone, C.P.A., P.A., a CPA firm licensed in Florida, and Monique Troncone holds an active Florida CPA license. You can check both on the Florida DBPR license lookup.
