Accessibility statement

Our target

We are working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, published by the W3C (https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG22/). This is our target. We will state conformance only after an accessibility audit confirms it.

What we do

• Text and buttons meet AA contrast; white text is never placed on the light brand green.
• Every page and form works with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• Every form field has a label, and errors are described in words, not only in color.
• English and Spanish pages declare their language so screen readers pronounce them correctly.
• Animation respects the reduce motion setting of your device.
• Images have text alternatives, and videos have captions and transcripts.
• The site assistant can be opened, used and closed with a keyboard and a screen reader [to test before launch].

Services from other providers

Some parts of the experience come from other providers, such as the scheduling tool [to confirm], QuickBooks Payments and the client portal platform [to confirm]. We choose providers with accessibility in mind but do not control their pages. If one of them gives you trouble, contact us and we will help another way.
