Who we are

General information, not advice
Articles, guides, campaign pages and assistant answers are general information. They are not tax, accounting, legal, immigration or investment advice for your situation, and they may not reflect changes in the law after the date shown on each page. Talk to a qualified professional about your facts before you act.
When a client relationship starts
Using the site, sending a form, chatting with the assistant or booking a meeting does not make you a client of the firm. A client relationship starts only when you and the firm both sign an engagement letter. Until then, please do not send confidential documents.
The site assistant
Martha is automated software, not a person. It can be wrong or incomplete, it does not give advice, and its answers do not bind the firm. A person from the team follows up on conversations that need it. Do not enter Social Security numbers, ITINs, account numbers or documents in the chat.
Appointments and contact
Booking a meeting requests a time, and the team confirms it. By sending your contact details you allow the firm to contact you about your request. Any fee is agreed with you before work starts.
Client portal and payments
The client portal is for clients and the people they authorize, and has its own terms [portal terms to draft]. Invoices are paid through QuickBooks Payments, a service of Intuit, under Intuit's terms. The firm never asks you by email or text to pay a different account; if you receive such a message, call (561) 542-4119 before paying.
Independent firm
MTroncone CPA is an independent firm. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the IRS, the US Department of the Treasury or any other government agency.
Using the site properly
Please don't use the site for anything unlawful, try to get around its security, send malicious code, overload it with automated requests, or pretend to be someone else.
Content and trademarks
The site's text, design, logo and images belong to the firm or its licensors. You may print or share pages for personal, non-commercial use with credit to the firm. The firm's name and mark may not be used without written permission.
Links to other sites
Links to the IRS, FinCEN, the Florida Department of Revenue and other sites are there for reference. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Warranties and liability
